FCA fines Threadneedle £6m, EM trade highlighted lack of controls

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited was slapped with a fine of just over £6m by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for failures spotlighted by a trade on the firm's Emerging Markets Debt desk.
